hamburger beef stroganoff, easy dinner recipes---I add a onion soup mix package to the ground beef with some water-cook until brown-drain. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup cans and a couple big scoops of sour cream. I also add pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Next time I may do a can of cream of onion with a can of cream of mushroom (for more onion flavor).
