I seriously make this about once a week. My family goes crazy over it! I make my topping differently- I crush the ritz then mix in a bowl with melted butter and the poppyseeds. It makes the entire topping buttery and crispy, instead of just the spots with the pat of butter like this recipe calls for. Oh so good!
