I was planning on putting a wall fountain there...but decided on a much more inexpensive option. Each block was about $0.98 at Lowes.  I bought 12 blocks...took me 1 hour to arrange the way I like it...and a backache afterwards!  But look how it turned out!  I love it!  I get so many compliments from my guests!   What you need: 12 cinder blocks 11 planters 11 plants soil
